As predicted by many, conflict occurred between two of the Kingdom Leaders. Raya and Arawn, of the Fire Kingdom, quarreled. Their bickering broke out into a serious fight, resulting in both dying – Raya at the mercy of Arawn, Arawn at the mercy of the injuries Raya inflicted upon him, however, as he neared death, the immortals that created Arawn called him back into their dimension, saving the sin of wrath from death. The fire leader's body, however, was never recovered. Left under the sole control of the Fire Kingdom Deity, Dracoris, the kingdom took a turn for the worse. Number dwindled as a new threat arose that questioned the loyalty of the Fire Kingdom's pride - her Sins.

With the emergence of a new group, soon to be called the Shadow Kingdom, the resolve of the inhabitants came to be tested. The Sins, lured away by their own former Sin of Wrath, have taken up a strong position within Shadow alongside Arawn and Raya, as well as the powerful few they have managed to gather to themselves - such as Rellik and Ithilwen, wolves with great powers from a far away land. When the deities of Earth and Fire became trapped with Raya and other inhabitants from around Edenei, Shadow made a move to begin a take over of the lands of Edenei. Sending Ithilwen to handle the Earth Kingdom, Arawn took the rest of Shadow with him to overtake the Water Clan. Having already been in shreds from the loss of their leader, Water was no challenge and was quickly absorbed into Shadow. The Earth Kingdom was also left in chaos with their leader dead at the paws of Ithilwen. The Air Kingdom wolves disbanded, finding that they needed a Kingdom that had more security to take refuge in. In the small fights that followed between Earth and Fire, and Shadow, many of the lands and areas were left in ruins or completely annihilated.

The lands are shroud in a cloak of darkness, all those at the mercy of Arawn and his ruthless Kingdom. Yet, in the midst of all this, others have begun to emerge from the place of legends: The Far Away Lands. New deities with more powers and all levels of skill have come back to Edenei to restore the balance back to what it should be. Their task, however, is a difficult one. Arawn's grip is a strong one and he, nor his kingdom, are inclined to give it up without a fight. With a mix of pure and corrupt deities appearing all across Edenei, the fate of the lands is anyone's guess and is up to the few free wolves and these new, and strange, deities.
